Default rear bumper support help!

When you are removing the rear bumper support, do you take the rubberized "web" thing out and the hard plastic bumper looking thing behind it or just the "web" thing? Please help.

It looks like taking the black plastic bumper thing off behind the rubber web would decrease the chasis stiffness?

Burkhart chassis makes a front bumper and rear bumper support, for when you remove those. Saves weight, and you get to keep your rigidity.
