Default How do you remove the turn signal lens???

My drivers side turn signal is dim as heck. I tried a new bulb, but had no luck. I think the lens is foggy with condensation, so I want to remove it and maybe seal it up.

I found the 3 screws holding it in, but I can't get the lense out at all. It's wedged on one side by the bumper's foam, and on the other by a metal bracket that holds the bumper and fender together.

Could it be you need to remove the bumper to get the damn thing out?!

In that case, all you have to do is remove the headlight, and the blinker housing will come right out the top. It's very simple, the headlight is very easy to remove.

Will that require adjusting the height of the headlamps?

no there are two blots that hold it in and it slides up the bottom has tabs that slide in to holes in the bracket, but plug the bulb in and look at it not in the signal just so you know its not just a weak ground

Yep, as said above there will be no need to adjust the aiming of the headlight. The whole module just pulls out and goes right back in without changing the adjustments.

There are some push pins that hold the top of the bumper cover in place, you'll want to remove these to make headlight removal/re-installation much easier.

Thanks for the replies guys. I'll have to try it this week.

While I have you: how would one check for a weak ground?
