Default is the rear wheel well removable in any way?

We have a 99TA and have been able to check yet due to the rain, but noticed a dent on the rear driver side over the rear wheel, its a slight push in, no crease or anything. I believe it may have been me trying to roll the car over when I had it up on dollys, but either way, just curious if the inner wheel well is removable or if there is a way to get to that area to try and push it out?

If its not removable, is that area accessible from inside the trunk area?

i have the same thing... paintless dent removal is an option... they will trill a hole in your door jamb and press it out from the inside.....
