Default Want my front ground effect molded to the bumper?

Hello everyone. I have a 1997 nose on my Camaro. No way a front ground effect will survive hitting the bumps coming into and leaving parking lots. I want to have a front spoiler that I still need to purchase attached to the bumper so it will never come off. Is this done by attaching and using bondo or is it melted together and smoothed out.? Def not doing it myself. Will take to shop.

bondo doesn't attach things together and wouldn't be appropriate for this, 3m makes a 2-part flexible repair material that would be used for the blending (making 2 panels look like one) and bumper repair, they would probably rivet the 2 parts together then blend them with the 3m product.

Is this something I can do myself with this 3 m product. Or better for a pro to do ?
