I'm trying to replace the front bumper on my 95 trans am. Turns out the piece it is bolted to at the top is also cracked so I need to replace that too. Jumping around the Gmparts websites I'm having trouble figuring out what exactly it is from the diagrams.

in the picture below, it is the panel that all of the circled tabs are connected to (not the bumper cover). It also has those little stoppers on it and the notice sticker.

Thanks a lot. Found it. Most websites file that under headlights rather than Body and front bumper components so I was having a hard time finding it.
