What year camaro doors are compatible with my 1998 z28?

I believe 93-02, 98-02 for sure.

Can anyone confirm that a 93-97 camaro door will fit?
Also, is there a way to just replace the outer door shell/ skin or do i have to remove and swap all my components onto new door?

Yes, 93-02 doors are the same. The outer skin is glued to the substructure, it'd be much easier to swap the guts to a replacement door.
