Default Rust Spot!!

I found a rust spot on the rear tire weld. What would be a quick fix to keep it from getting worst. I was thinking maybe some sort of antirust and touch up paint?

Not both rear quarters, and there's a lot of other areas also that rust and are rust prone.

go to advanced and ask for a rust dissolver gel, model # is NJ-1A, this stuff works great, just brush some on and wait about 10-15 min. , wash it off and use soem touch up paint.
