Default Anyone remove their side moldings on their 4th gen Camaro?

I'm thinking about taking the side moldings off. Pretty much the whole car is going to be repainted, and I was just curious to see if anyone has removed them from their car.. And if so, what it looks like.

Its going to the paint/body shop tommrow.

Thanks,
- Mike

I love my car without them. I also deleted my back glass moulding when I repainted my car. Also no back glass moulding makes it way easier to dry off after washing.

it looks nice but not worth it in my opinion. a guy was admiring my car one night sayin how he had an SS like mine and took the side molding off his cause it looked gay, he was sittin in my friends z06 and right then he opend the passener door to get out and hit my side molding . . . i got pissed and so did my friend! needless to say i've never seent hat guy out lol if you do it be careful how close people get to your car, remember there's a reason why GM put these here . . . unless you barely drive the car i'd suggest leavin em on

My car.... and I bought brand new.... never had the molding over the upper hatch. I didn't even notice it till I saw it on another car. The bottom molding on the hatch started getting loose... so one day I simply removed it.
