sail panel and SS Hood recalls

I heard rumor from a bodyshop that GM had recalled the sail panels and SS hoods. Is there any truth to this and if so what years are we talking?

Sail Panel yes, check the sticky, but i've never heard of the SS hoods...

I've been trying to get a discount on getting my sail pannel fixed for the last 2 weeks.
