Default what kind of bill should i expect

last night a deer hit my PERFECT 98 formula..and shattered the fender..scratched up my door..and busted in my rear quarter panel on the passenger side..
car is bright red and will need at the very least a New pass fender, New rear quarter, maybe a door..dont know if thats really been damaged yet...and definetly paint on the entire passenger side (plus blending if necessary)
anybody got a clue what i'm looking at here?
i'm going to insist and throw a fit to make sure factory GM parts are used every step of the way..no junkyard parts..no aftermarket replacement garbage
no pics bc i have no camera..but this ******* blows bc i had the car for sale

Probably lookin at, at least 1500 in labor, another 800 or so for OEM parts. I would really need to see it to be sure, also depends on the shop...
Is the quarter not repairable at all? Replacing that is going to be a sizable chunk of the bodyman's labor.

Why not a repaired quarter? If it is done right the will be very little filler used. You are usually better off not to replace the quarter if possible.

i agree if you can fix the quarter that is what i would suggest, why have all new welds and seams that are hard to get proper corrosion protection.

If you insist on a new quarter panel, you will pay dearly in labor trust me... my vert just got out the shop. new quarters both sides, bumper, trunk lid, and finish panel.... 4900 total...

Thats not bad at all!! I was assuming 4,000 paer side. Did they replace the whole panel, cut the old one out and weld a new one in? I was in a bad rear-ended accident but I have a 6pt bar and SFC's so the gaps are great. If Im looking at 2-3k for a proper repai I may let them total it for 10k and go pay for just the quarter and paint since I have a new bumper just hanging in the garage from last yr and need a trunk lid w/glass and tail light/lens. Any quick infor you have on how that went down (total 9offer, was it an ins calaim?) I would really appreciate it.
