For Sale: BMR Torque Arm Relocation Crossmember TCC012 Hammertone. This fits the LT1 Fbody with 4L60E transmission. I bought this and installed it last week. I drove it for about 10 miles and took it off. I didn't like the way it makes the car feel. I guess I just miss the solid feeling of the shift. This thing does transmit some noise into the cabin straight out of the box. I cut out some 1/4" rubber isolators that I put between the cabin floor and the mounting plates, and another one between the vertical plate that the torque arm attaches to and the bracket that holds the torque arm to the vertical plate. That eliminated most of the noise. I am including those isolators (they aren't pretty but they work) in case you want to use them. The only thing that keeps this from looking brand new is the fact that I ground off the corner along the top of the vertical plate for a little bit of clearance (I took a close-up picture to try to show it). Without doing that, it was hitting the tunnel. It's a tight fit. But the thing does what it is supposed to do. You can't feel the shifts nearly as much. I just don't like that feel.

But wait, there's more. As a free bonus, I am including 2 BMR stickers ABSOLUTELY FREE!! That's right, I said free!! And if you act quickly, as an added bonus, I will DOUBLE the offer!! You get 4 BMR stickers FOR NO EXTRA CHARGE!!! Operators are standing by....pm now!!!

EDIT: Price of $190 includes shipping to continental us and paypal fees.

NOTE: I will be out of town the week of Feb 7 - 11, so if you decide to buy it during that time frame, be warned that Monday Feb 14th is likely the earliest I could ship it.

This is boxed and ready to go. Wife said she could slap a label on it and ship it while I am out of town next week if anyone orders it then, so ignore the shipping delay note above.

I don't know for sure. BMR has a different part number (TCC007) for the LS1 w/4L60E. Just looking at the pics on their website, it looks like the difference is the location of the mounting holes where it bolts to the floorpan. Just looking at the pics, it looks like the LT1 model could have the holes for the LS1 drilled in it to fit, but I would call BMR tech support to be sure if I were you.
