I had my powder coater try and make these almost chrome but it seemed to be to much of a challenge for him. Ended up bead blasting them smooth and coveing them in a flat black. They are dusty from sitting but look cool.$75

I believe both. I have the center bolts and I am sure the gaskets are still there BUT I would replace those. Thats just me.
