Default 68-74 Nova LS turbo kit (67-69 Camaro too)

Category: Engine - Power Adders
Price: $4000
Part Fits: 67-92 Chevrolet Camaro
Location (State): MN
Item Condition: Used
Shipping Information: Item Can be Shipped
Engine: LS2/LS3/LS7/L92/LS9, LS1/LS6
LS Engine?: Fits LS Engine

Custom built turbo kit. This is currently on my 71 Nova and will be removed upon sale. It can be seen and heard in person. It has approx 6000 miles on everything. Made 603 rwhp on 14psi. Running 17psi now, power estimated 650rwhp.

Includes:
-Cast manifolds that fit any Ls series engine (LS1, LS2, 4.8, 5.3, 6.0 truck engines etc)
-Custom built 2.5" Mild steel piping, painted with high temp black and then wrapped. It fits 68-74 Nova's and similiar models such as first gen Camaro/Firebird with minor mods.
-Master Power GT45 turbo, 69mm compressor. Kind of a mid frame unit with a large exhaust side considering the smaller compressor wheel.
-Turbosmart Pro Gate 48 wastegate, springs for multiple boost levels
-Tial 50mm Blow off valve
-3.5" Downpipe from the turbo to the firewall area.
-Treadstone vertical flow intercooler
-All intercooler piping from turbo to intercooler and throttle body.
--4 oil feed line and -10 drain braided hose.
-rubber elbow and air filter
-pcm that is tuned with speed density EFIlive for a 6.0 with LS6 cam
-custom built power steering pump and bracket that works with Camaro/Firebird accessories and clears drivers side manifold.

The radiator support must be modified for the intercooler setup as the pipes are now. You could modify the pipes and mount it as needed.

$4400 with pcm and power steering setup. $4000 without. I will sell just the manifolds and hot side to the turbo and the downpipe for $2200.

Call 763-221-175Five if your interested. Nathan

It is not, but I could include the radiator for an extra $200 with the holddown.

I figured Id met you at some point. Good job getting yours together! T88!

The 5.3 build has been done for a while and the MP 70 worked good, he drove it through the summer. I also completed a TT GTO that is going back on the dyno soon.

You can check stuff out at my website, One-guys-garage.com

The 5.3 is at the bottom of this page.

I had the Camaro and GTO tuned by Carl at CJtunes. He is very good and it took some serious work to get the GTO tuned on 220lb injectors for big power on E85. I plan on having him retune the Nova since the driveability needs some work from when Hitech tuned it. Im looking at making more of these turbo kits for muscle cars so this is sort of a feeler. Either way, the Nova is getting a bigger turbo.

Good luck with the sale. This was a big inspiration/motivation for my single turbo project.

That picture alone should sell this kit to anyone who knows what's up... stunningly clean & industrial!

This is an outstanding setup, I am "cloning" your hotside plumbing on my front mount project for my Cutlass. Good luck with the sale and thanks for posting such detailed pics in other posts!
