this is a perfect input shaft if you are trying to put an LS1 T56 in your LT1 Camaro/Trans Am.. theres 3 things needed to swap over, Input shaft and bearing, mid plate, and bell housing.. this is the input shaft with bearing..
The car shifted perfect! only problem is I didnt know my T56 had this LT1 shaft so it wasnt sitting in the pilot bearing.. the discoloration on the splines is from it rubbing on the inside of the slave! it is not shaved down at all, and will work perfectly! new bearing are 15 bucks, even though im sending you this one I would go get a new one.. no uneven wear on the gear, works perfect in an LT1 T56. or an LS1 conversion T56.
