This balancer was installed on an engine but the offset was wrong. It was then removed and placed on E-Bay where I bought it. This is the early-style Powerbond which has a natural steel finish as opposed to the later black powder-coated model. It is missing the large circlip that is shown on the front in the last pic. I have talked to Powerbond and they assured me that the balancer will work fine without this clip, it is required for SFI certification only and does not affect the operation in any other way. Prefer Paypal for all transactions.
