There will be a few pieces missing from the long block that I'll be using on my LS3. I will have an updated list of what is missing.
History: About 8 months ago the engine started making a ticking noise that started about 10 minutes after the engine started and stayed around for about 20 minutes or so and would stop. I took it to a couple places and they said a bad lifter.
I took it to one of them and had the lifters replaced, the CAM dropped in, new pushrods, and the new heads. Everything was great for a while, then about 3 or so months it came back, worse even. I don't yet know if it's a lifter or something else.
*Important*
Everything is still in the car and won't be available until the end of May. I would prefer someone local to DFW that could just pick it up at the shop.
I will be advertising in Craigslist and the local shop as well.
