SOLD

I have for sale a U.S. Exotics Superhawk hood. I got the hood from Roger about 4 years ago. He personally installed the hood on my car at his shop. It will come with the needed modified hood latch and the struts. It is painted black. There is nothing wrong with the hood, I am just switching to something that goes all the way to the windshield. I am asking 850 dollars plus the shipping costs you will pay when you get the hood and the Paypal fees. I can make a deal if someone picks the hood up in Frederick, MD. No negative comments in the thread, PM me with them!! Thank you for taking a look.

Shipping will go as follows. Shipping will be by freight and the actual shipping costs will be paid by the person receiving the hood from the shipping company when it arrives. Shipping to a business is cheaper, residential shipping adds 70 dollars. If you do not have a business to have the hood shipped to, you can opt to have it held at the local shipping terminal and that would be the same price as if it were shipped to a business. I can get a shipping quote if you PM me your zip code.

Just so anyone interested knows, I am currently deployed in Saudi Arabia as a contract firefighter. If you buy the hood, It will be shipped or if local sale be shown by my friend Mark who currently has the car.

And for anyone who may doubt that my hood is not a true U.S. Exotics Superhawk hood.

Any yes I did blank out the price I paid. That is for me to know any whoever decides to pay for it. thank you again for taking a look at the hood.

I seriously doubt you paid that much for the hood when it was new. FYI- he IS making them again, and selling them for much less than that. At $1700, you're in OEM Firehawk hood price range.

Thank you everyone. I am willing to entertain offers. If my price is high, PM me with your offer and we might be able to work something out. I did not know Roger was making them again tho. Thank you for that update.

^ I dont believe that was necessary.... He said price was a "starting point"... If you ask me, its not that bad of a deal... Yes, you can get one from Roger but once you add shipping, prep and paint, you would have more than 1k in this hood... I just bought one from Roger last night and by the time I have it complete and on my car, it will be more than 1K total. Red paint is a little more expensive but still..... Leave the dude alone, If you had bothered to be polite and negotiate with him, you could have gotten a fantastic deal on that hood if you own a black car... I didnt buy it because of that reason.....
