Crank Pin Drill Fixture Kit for LS1 (Part # 918993) or the ATI Crank Pinning Kit
It does not come with the 3/16" pins (Part # 958025) but they can be bought from ATI for $2.36 a piece

It does require ATI Performance Products Balancer (918853) and crank pinning kit (for sale above)
