LSx Up & Forward Turbo Headers
Our Up & Forward turbo headers were designed to comfortably fit into the tight engine bay of a 4th Gen F-Body. These fit perfectly inside the 4th gen chassis and will work in great in many other retrofit applications as well! In our standard configuration these will support over 2000hp!
-Constructed completely of high quality Stainless Steel.
-3/8" thick Stainless Steel head flanges.
-All tubing and collectors are made of high quality 321 Stainless Steel.
-Features a 3" V-Band Outlet with Quick Release Clamp and an extra weld flange.
-All welding is backpurged and expertly performed in house at Shearer Fabrications.
-The head flanges are machined flat after all welding processes are complete to ensure a leak free seal, eliminate blown out gaskets, and the potential for cracked runners.
-The standard headers feature 1.75" primaries and a 3" collector outlet.
-Excellent spark plug access.
-Different primary sizes available upon request.
-Upon request we can make the runner layout of the passenger side header to be the same as the driver side.
-Upon request the V-Band Outlet can be eliminated. The headers will feature a standard 3" outlet.
-EGT, O2, and back pressure bungs are available upon request.
-OEM Power Steering location interferes with the headers. We recommend our Power Steering Relocation Bracket.dum
LSx T6 Hot Parts Kit
Based off of our Up & Forward Turbo Headers and will fit most mid/large frame turbochargers.
The hot parts kit includes both headers, 3" X-Over pipe that is flanged for a TiAL 60mm wastegate, 4" Aluminum downpipe, and a dumptube.
