I have a 4l60e for sale. I am by no means expecting top dollar although I bet its in better shape than some I have seen. The only mod has been the Shift Kit which is on the level 2 washer. It will chirp second. I figure someones took a **** on them, and they could catch a break on this one. You can actually buy it for less than what a trans shop charges just to remove it and put it back in, not to mention repairs.

If you need the crossmember thats fine. It has a trans go hd-2 kit in it. Those are around 100 bucks. Covered up sitting in my house. I ran a 3200 PTC with the car which I will be trading back to PTC for another converter from them. All work was done professionally as I am nowhere near a trans guy.
