I am selling a set of very nice ported 5.3L heads, casting #862. The heads are in great shape, they include dual springs and upgraded 2.02" intake and 1.57" exhaust valves. I pulled the heads from a perfectly running LS1 engine with a cam and upgraded valvetrain. Unfortunately, I do not know who did the head porting or the mileage. I will say that compared to other ported truck heads I have handled, the porting looks really top notch.

I am asking $800.00 shipped including Paypal fees OBO. The shipping is going to cost $80 alone. I have shipped several set of heads, so I know how to properly package them for safe shipment! Post up or PM me for more details/offers.
