hunsaker seats have a sale pending. The cutout is temporarily off the market, just tested it to make sure it worked although its brand new, and it turns out it still does not close each time the button is pressed to close. I believe the switch is bad and I will be getting a new one and testing to make sure its 100% working before selling.
