VERY fast, I however would not recommend it on a 408, would have excessive backpressure.

How is it compared to Magnum T76 .96 A/R Q trim size wise and performance wise?

No comparison, this is rated to 1200 hp and have a larger, billet compressor wheel. A 79mm turbine wheel where that would have a 65 or 68mm. Also this is ceramic ball bearing!
