Default Brand New 9" Rear 78-87 GM G body - Malibu, Regal, Cutlass, El Camino, Monte Carlo

Category: Accessories
Price: $750
Location (State): NC
Item Condition: Brand New
LS Engine?: Fits LS Engine

Brand New 9" Rear 78-87 GM G body - Malibu, Regal, Cutlass, El Camino, Monte Carlo. Big bearings, oversized 3.5" axle tubes, 31 spline axles with 5/8" studs. Housing, axle and bearing package only. No center section.

I originally bought this from a shop thinking it was for an A-body....guess I should have measured.

It's from Danny Miller's rears for those seriously interested: http://www.rear-gears.com/images/RG_Flyer.pdf

I'll take $750 cash local pickup in Raleigh / Garner NC.

Thanks-
Rick

I wish I could, I've got a 7.5 10 bolt under my regal right now, it's fine for now but when I put the new motor in I'm gonna destroy it. I'm trying to figure out some way I could get it, my play money is low right now because of the holiday...

I may be willing to trade towards the 5.3 if you're going to be pulling it.

Have you posted on Maliburacing.com? It would be gone in a sec even if your original asking price was firm.
I don't even have a gbody and Id like to jump on this deal.
Good luck,
Adam

^I don't have any accounts for g-body forums or else I would have. I really thought it would have sold either local or on here...

If it doesn't bring $500 then I'm going to start shopping for a monte to put it in.

if you were local to me, this would have been sold! lol. i sold mine to a friend, because i thought i wanted a shortened housing and axles, then turns out i dont/didnt, so if i get one, i will get a shortened one, unless i can find a deal like this somewhere!

it would prob cost too much to ship? and then would put it well over 5... at tht point I would rather have a housing built shortened... i need to set up my wifes nova too, so right now no extra money budgeted... but the 5 is def a good deal on this housing for someone with a gbody...
