I have a early style 4l80e for sale that has just went to the builder to get looked at before I sell it. Transmission has a CK performance FMVB with a transbrake in it and has internal mods to handle the abuse. I have switched directions so this transmission must go. I will ship to a dock at your expense or meet if in a reasonable distance from Eastern NC.

Only thing that comes with it is transmission and AN adapters for the cooler lines.

What is the difference between an older style and new?

Mainly in the lube pattern. Some internal differences. And oil cooler lines are both towards the front.
