Custom GT47/55 T6 turbo kit 1000+ RWHP!
Category: Accessories
Price: $2200
Part Fits: 93-02 Chevrolet Camaro, 93-02 Pontiac Firebird
Location (State): TX
Item Condition: Brand New
Shipping Information: Item Can be Shipped
Engine: LS2/LS3/LS7/L92/LS9, LS1/LS6
LS Engine?: Fits LS Engine
The kit is setup to run a Garrett GT47 or GT55 frame turbo with T6 flange, but other similar sized turbos that are T6 should also fit, mind you the downpipe vband flange is for the GT47/55.
The kit is mild steel and is not coated, I painted it to keep it from rusting while I worked on the remainder of the car. IF the buyer desires I can have it coated for a price.
The kit is capable of supporting 1000+rwhp and includes:
• custom forward facing 1.75" primary headers, with 2.5" collectors and vbands with 1/2" flanges.
• 2.5" vband Y pipe, with T6 flange and 50 mm wastegate vband.
• 4" downpipe with vband. Down pipe runs down beside the motor and currently stops behind the motor. You can run it to your choice of exhaust or dump it.
• 3" turbo discharge to intercooler pipe with 50mm blow off valve vband.
• 4" intercooler to throttle body piping.
• 24"x12"x4" thick core intercooler.
• TIAL 50mm blow off valve.
• JGS 50mm waste gate.
NO TURBO INCLUDED. Your turbo of choice has to have an elbow welded into the compressor housing as you will see in the pictures below.
The kit does require modifications to fit a stockish car:
• delete or relocate ABS
• relocate battery
• relocate radiator overflow tank
• modify front cross frame to stand up radiator and fans.
• low profile fans.
• custom AC line to condenser since it will be moved forward together with the radiator.
• coil pack relocation at least on driver's side and custom plug wires respectively.
• cruise control module delete or relocate.
• front bumper modification to mount intercooler.
• delete front sway bar, or do something custom.
Kit does retain AC, as you will see in the pictures the compressor still fits.
Asking $2200. SHIPPED!

no I never finished the car so I don't have a more complete picture. The lines have to be run custom like I said so you can run them however needed to avoid the hot parts.
