Hey Budhha I have a stock iron headed LQ4. Do you know what springs are needed to support the cam and do the stock pistons need to be fly cut?

This was in a stock long block lq9 w/ 317 alum heads. No ptv clearance at all 650-675 springs. Prc or patriots work great.
