Well I was building a N/A 440-450rwhp 346 LS1 to put some n2o on and found a really good deal on a turbo so this has to go. It's never been cranked. I bought this engine locally still running fine with 100k miles, took it apart and had the block hot tanked and cleaned. Knocked out the old cam bearings, replaced those. I had the pistons and rods checked, rods and main bearings which all looked fine. I decided to buy all new King bearings and ARP rod bolts since my plan was to turn it 7k rpms. I came across a good deal on a lower compression LS1with forged pistons/rods so this is forsale. I am selling just the shortblock or can add a set of stock heads to make it a longblock for $150 more. I am looking to get $1,150 for the shortblock+shipping, assembled that will come with the covers, stock cam, timing chain and a LS6 oil pump too. I can add the oilpan for additional $210. This will make somebody a good replacement with upgrades. I already sold the cam, LS6 intake and a few other parts.
