Default Magnavolt BAP

Category: Engine - Intake/Fuel
Price: $175
Location (State): TX
Item Condition: Used
Shipping Information: Item Can be Shipped
LS Engine?: Fits LS Engine

This is the newer design Magnavolt BAP that looks similar to the Kenne Bell, but is slightly different. I used it for 7K miles or so, but just swapped in a ZL1 pump and don't need this anymore. I'll include a few leftover bits and pieces that came with the BAP (short vacuum hose, various crimp connectors, etc).

I bought mine from Haddad, but there's no picture of it on his website (or anyone else's that I could find) - http://www.haddadmotorsports.com/cat...iac-p-904.html

$175 shipped OBO

I noticed that earlier today. Link worked when I first posted it. Oh well - this is the actual one I have, but there's no picture or description - http://www.superchargersonline.com/i...oducts_id=4354

There's a better description here (note though that mine is the newer design and doesn't look the same as the picture in the link). Also, note that the newer Magnavolts are not boost and RPM referenced as described here. Mine only has an input for a vacuum line, i.e. boost-referenced:

This one bumps the voltage up to 17V (in my G8, anyway) starting at about 3 psi of boost (I checked to make sure it was still working before I pulled it off). I imagine the gph would be dependent on which fuel pump you hook the BAP to, but I don't know how to calculate it. I doubt it's as simple as:

Fuel pump GPH x (17V/13V) = new fuel pump flow rate

But that might get you in the ballpark.
