Up for sale is an old school GM temperature sender for use on an LS engine swap for those wanting to retain stock gauges without having to take the chance of rethreading their LS cylinder head for a 1/2" or 3/8" npt temperature sending unit.I had the sender done by LS1MCSS who has a great reputation on this site and has done many of these senders for other members. I don't need it because I chose to not swap my 81 camaro factory idiot light gauges bc I just went with some knee knocker gauges instead (I already did enough wiring/soldering on this damn car).
The sender will work with pretty much any 60s, 70s, 80s GM car with factory temp gauge. I'm willing to ship anywhere the same day you private message me, which is nice because sometimes the guy waits t he gets enough orders to do a batch. The threads are the correct 12x1.5mm for either side cylinder head on LS1,LS2,LS6, 4.8/5.3/6.0 vortech and maybe LS3/LS7/LSA/LS9 engines (you will have to check)
