I have 2 3" Dougs cutouts. They are the non weld, clamp on style. However, you can weld them if you choose. They each come with 2 T bolt clamps. They are NON ELECTRIC, but you can add any motor to them.

Open to reasonable offers. These are good quality, and I'm pretty sure you could put a qtp electric motor ($171) on them and have an electric cutout for around $200. And even though they aren't weld on, you could easily burn them onto your exhaust (looks like 14-16g).

They both come with 2 clamps, block off plates, gaskets etc..

1 is brand new never used
the other was literally used for 1 day - Drove the car to KC2K13 and back home. Pulled the car apart the next day haha.
