Refinishing Operations Done:
Mating/Engagement Surfaces Carefully Polished (While spinning on a lathe - so no flat spots)
Polished Surfaces Masked During Blasting and Paint
Glass Bead Blasted
Prepped With Acetone
Repainted w/ High-Temp, Semi-Gloss Black Paint
Notes:
Part Condition is EXCELLENT! Straight, no dings, and v-ribs are all sharp!
All diameters are concentric within .002" TIR. (Checked when polishing)
No runs or drips in paint. Looks outstanding for a rattle-can job.
Note: The paintjob is NOT guaranteed for any certain period of time. I prepared it using the best methods possible-short of powdercoating. But understand, it IS spraypaint!
