Default LS1 to LT1 tranny swap parts for t-56

Category: Drivetrain
Price: $400
Part Fits: 93-02 Chevrolet Camaro, 93-02 Pontiac Firebird
Location (State): MO
Item Condition: Used
Shipping Information: Item Can be Shipped
Engine: LT1/LT4
LS Engine?: Non-LS Part

I have for sale everything a person should need to do a T-56 conversion from an LS1 type to a LT1. That is minus the shims you may need to adjust preload on the input shaft, and the clutch puck itself (already gone). I converted an LT to an LS and these are all the LT1 parts from that swap. The transmission had around 100k miles on it. For sale are:

$125 - LT1 T-56 Bell housing (aka clutch cover). Borg Warner 13-86-212-901-H. comes with the aluminum bracket for the clutch fork and the 8 bolts to fasten to the tranny.

$100 - LT1 T-56 Front cover (aka mid plate). Borg Warner 13-86-172-903-G

$50 - LT1 T-56 Clutch Release Fork. Borg Warner 13-86-096-907-B

$125 - LT1 T-56 Input Shaft. I don't have a part number for this guy, it is in excellent condition and includes the tapered roller bearing that came out of the transmission. The bearing does not feel rough at all, nor did it seem to have any more play/slop than the bearing on the new input shaft that replaced it.

$50 - LT4 T-56 Valeo Pressure Plate. Valeo 382109-D0 P (or 382109-DO P). Includes the 6 shoulder bolts to attach it to the flywheel, and the Throw out Bearing TOB. I would say the wear surface could use machining.

$50 - LT1 T-56 Flywheel. GM 10125380A. As with the pres plate, the wear surface could use a fresh turning. There is light surface rust on the unmachined areas that will come off with a wire wheel.

Clutch plate itself is not included. I am willing to deal, make me an offer, you cant hurt my feelings. These are available together or separately. If somebody throws down $400 for the whole bunch I'll pack it up and mail it pronto.

Thanks!

So this lets you run an LS1 T56 on an LT, or lets you run an LT T56 on an LS? Or neither? I'm cornfussed.

this is to convert an LS style t56 into an LT style t56. I am assuming the o.p converted his LT to LS.

Default Bell housing?

Does anyone make just a bellhousing that converts the lt1 transmission to an ls1 engine? I've see on here a guy supposedly got one but that was around 4 years ago and no part number was listed. Because honestly I would rather drop some money on the bell house and keep my clutch set up the same
