Going with a 6 bolt block and heads so I can't use these anymore. Nothing wrong with them. Comes with all bolts, washers, and nuts.

This is the ARP kit 234-4317 which is the Pro Series with 12 point heads. Seems they usually sell for $300-$325 with shipping.
