The PCM comes with a NA tune from Texas Speed and the wiring harness is included and intact. All accessories are included.

Yea, it's not complete as it was a work in progress. I bought the longblock rebuilt and was going to try to run a turbo, though realizing with the MS4 this was not optimal. Perhaps I will relist this as NA and sell the turbo components separately.
