Used 243 heads with factory valvetrain for sale--I bought them from duffster (on LS1tech) two years ago but never installed them. I picked up a set of 243s already CNC'd so now I don't need them. I don't know their mileage, but they are in great shape, no nicks/dents/blemishes or anything.

38 minutes, SOLD. The only thing hotter than 243s are FAST intakes. Good grief.
