These heads were on a motor I recently sold the bottom end from. They are 823 castings and have been milled .040". The springs pictured are NOT included, the heads will come with stock springs. The heads also come with stock rocker shafts and factory rocker arms.

$750 shipped for heads with springs, unassembled.
$800 shipped for heads with springs, assembled.

I figured most wouldn't, I am getting them for free, but I could knock off $50 I guess. I'm valuing the stands/rockers at $100, and the bare milled/fresh valvejob heads + valves at $550, and $50 to cover shipping.
