I looked at the dsl and did not find any markings. It looks like a BMR piece, except the loop is adjustable side to side. I'm not sure if this is another maker, or an early version of their piece. I would think it would help to be able to position it where you need it. The car it came off of had long tubes and a 3" y pipe, so I would imagine clearance isn't an issue. It does look like it's rubbed something a few times, but I don't know if that was due to clearance, or poor driving. Here are a few more pics.
