I have a brand new FTI custom cam kit that was spec'ed for stock 243 heads and an LS6 intake. I emailed Ed, told him I wanted a mild to aggressive cam for street/ strip for my 2001 C5 Z06 that was not too peaky, and this is what he sent.

Complete spring kit, cups, seals, locks, pushrods, and titanium retainers. Cam specs are: 227/231 @ .050", .619/.607, 112 LSA w/ 109 ICL

Reason for selling? I purchased an ETP heads/ cam package that has a matched cam.

This setup cost me $1086 shipped. I am selling for $950 shipped. Save $100+

My Paypal is cfrance@gmail.com, my cell is 949-235-6019. Call, email, or text anytime.

Friday bump! This is what the cam sounds like. Expect ~430rwhp through stock 243 heads and LS6 intake. Will trade for Hoosier R6 315/35/17 tires

I asked Ed that same question when he spec'd it:

Ed,
Had a couple questions for you.

A. How would the cam you spec'd me work with a cnc 243 or aftermarket head? -

~~ Killer - more air will make more power.

B. How would your cam work with an unported ls6 intake?

~~ The LS6 is the best cathedral port intake available from GM so you shouldn't see any power loss unless it's got some unreal port protrusions. Might be worth a few hours to get the ruers matched to the ported heads to avoid a bottleneck.

Would work great with any head that has factory valve angle... 243's, 241's, 806s, etc that is in a car... 3000-3800 lbs, T56 or auto with small stall. Not ideal for a truck application.

Would this setup be good with LSA (non milled) heads and FAST 102 intake?

Yes, it would work very well. Ed recommended either a Fast or LS6 intake for this cam, and the LSA heads will let even more air in.

Btw - I will gladly ship USPS Priority to Germany.

This cam should be good for 420-430 rwhp through an LS6 intake, 243 heads, and a 6spd.
