I am selling a completely rebuilt LS6 engine with a LS1 top end on it. Details as follows:
-LS6 block, casting number 12561168. Completely degreased and cleaned, bored & torque plate honed .010 over
-Factory GM crankshaft turned .010/.010 undersize
-Factory GM connecting rods
-Speed Pro (Federal Mogul) .010 over, flat top hypereutectic pistons with coated skirts
-Durabond camshaft bearings
-King main and rod bearings
-Hastings moly ring set
-Melling oil pump
-Victor Reinz head, front, rear, and valley cover gaskets and seals
-Victor Reinz head bolts
-Johnson hydraulic roller lifters
-Dynagear timing set
-853 casting cylinder heads completely degreased, cleaned, and inspected. All valve guides checked, valve job done, new valve seals installed.
-Complete set of brand new valves
-All misc parts such as lifter trays, valve springs, retainers, locks, locators, pushrods, rockers, rocker stands, and all other miscellaneous hardware cleaned and inspected.
Engine is being sold in long block form, as pictured. You will transfer oil pan, valve covers, sensors, etc from your old engine. There is a $300 core charge, or you can provide any 1997-up LS1, LQ4, LQ9, etc in exchange. For an additional $700 I will install the engine in your 1998-02 Camaro or Trans Am.
About the only thing I would trade for is a decent 2wd 1998-up extended cab 4 cylinder 5 speed S10, or an 18' car trailer.
