About 30k miles, came from an LS6 crate motor that was purchased in 2010. Springs and pushrods have same mileage. Pics below. Note that the springs are NOT the yellow springs that are notorious for breaking. Timing chain and harmonic balancer bolt are new GM parts, still sealed in bag.
