Does the valve spring tool have any instructions on how to use it?

no,but here is a run down on how to use it.
1. remove stock rockers and rails
2. bolt on tool in place of rockers for a particular cylinder
3. run nut down to compress springs
4. remove keepers and unscrew nut
5. take springs off and repeat steps for install

*some people use compressed air in the cylinder (by hoes installed in spark plug hole) to keep the valves up. I personally rotate the motor over for that particular cylinder and the valves will stay up sitting on top of the cylinder.

If you or anyone would like a instruction sheet included just ask and I will make one up. In this day and age you could probably google it and see a video.
