I have an 90mm, 4 BOLT, electronic Throttle Body for sale. It is in excellent condition w/approximately 30,000 miles on it. It was OEM on the 2005 LS2 motors, and cost me about $400.00 new. It does have 4 mounting holes in it, and it fit my 90mm FAST intake, but I do not know if it would be effective to adapt it to a 3 bolt intake manifold. Worked perfect when pulled. $225.00 OBO.
