I'm selling a used precision industries vigilante 3k stall converter- its for a ls series motors with the 60 or 65e , it is used but in perfect working condition. I am also including a brand new never opened b&m trans cooler, I am asking $450 shipped. This was intended to go in my gto but I have lost interest in building the car. Thanks

i'm a little new to stalls etc, any reason this wouldn't work with a 4L70 in a 2wd TBSS?

im not certain, maybe someone else can chime in, i did call precision industries today and gave them the serial number and was informed it is a single disc for ls series motors and has a stall rpm of 3,000 - 3,500 depending on the horsepower the motor has. So I would assume a stock car would stall at 3k, and a higher modified car would stall at 3,500 rpm.

Does this have a free restall also do you have the part number I could use to try and figure out about 4L70 compatibility?

No it is not eligible for free restall. Not sure on a part number. Its for gto. So I know the 60 and 65 is good. Not sure on 70

Not 100% sure.. but I think the 70 is a 60 with upgraded planetary gears... so the converter might work...
