I have a 1995 LT1 with T56 from a '95 Trans Am. This motor is currently in my '87 GTA that I am going to part out due to it just sitting and I really don't have the time for it and my '98 to complete. I would be willing to sell the entire car, but figured I would test this out as well and see what happens.

Motor had 155k miles when I pulled it from the wrecked '95, went through it with Clevite 77 bearings, hastings rings, heads were checked and new guides put in, I put in some aftermarket springs that I believe were good to .550 since I was toying with putting a CC306 in the car. I have the wiring, PCM (tuned with no VATS, EGR etc etc) but I should be able to put the stock tune back on it if wanted. The harness is uncut and is complete.

The transmission has 155k miles, still shifts good, third can grind a little if you shift too quickly, but shifting normally it goes right in, I suspect the shift fork may be bent a little, but not too bad.

If someone wanted, I would also let the pedal assembly, radiator/fan combo (LT1 fan and rad) go with the motor if someone was looking for a complete swap.

Motor has around 10k miles on it, just started it up last night, still holding around 50 psi oil pressure at idle.
