Set of LS3 Style Rectangle Port Cylinder Heads
These heads are used castings I bought and had sent off to be ported, machined and refreshed. The porting done on these heads was done by Dennis Wheet of Airflow Development. I was planning on running these heads on a 6.0 iron block but decided to go F.I. with a smaller combination.
Included:
-Fully Refurbished Ported LS3 Castings
-BTR .660" Polished Dual Spring Kit w/ locators, viton seals, & Titanium Retainers
-New set of lightweight sodium filled LS3 intake Valves
-8mm full bronze valve guide conversion
-Competition Valve Job
-Surface cut .30 for 64cc chamber (same as 243 casting)
These heads are ready to go in practically new shape ready to bolt on and will work great with any 6.0, 6.2 or variation.
Between the cores themselves, porting/machining/valve job, springs/hardware, new guides, and new intake valves I've got right at $2,500 in these heads. However I'm only asking $1800 Shipped OBO. I can no longer use so I'd rather sell them to someone else who can.

They are hand ported but unfortunately don't have the flow sheet. They were flowed however, it was included in the work I had done. I do remember the number 370 Intake CFM @ .700. I would be willing to lower the price since there is no flow data on them, however I am confident they are great heads for pretty much any application. Street or strip.

New Price: $1500 Shipped.
I realize I cannot produce any flow data on these heads but none the less they are great heads for any 6.0 or 6.2 with VERY nice work done to them. The guy who did these heads is an EXPERT on airflow and unlike some cylinder head machinist who hand port based on "industry standard" throat size, flange size ect., his techniques are all based on his own research of cylinder head geometry and applied physics. Just imagine it as letting the guy who helps design CNC programs for these big time companies that do heads, port YOUR heads.
Here is a thread that has a document written by the guy who did my heads on the advantages of Square port heads: https://ls1tech.com/forums/generatio...ort-heads.html
I can produce a receipt with prices and my name on it to prove the work that was done and where it was done.

Buuuummp. Need these gone.
LOOKING TO MAKE A DEAL
There's absolutely nothing wrong with these heads except for the fact that I cannot use them since I'm going 5.3 and I need the cash instead.
IF ANYONE IS WONDERING ABOUT THE PORT JOB LOOK HERE:

NO, these cylinder heads were NOT ported at advanced induction BUT this 260cc program is almost identical to what is done to these heads. Very professional work on these heads. Can provide more pictures or receipts if need be.
