Bought this set of rods to use for my 5.3 build but got a good deal on a set of 6.125" compstars that allow me to use the pistons I originally wanted. asking $100+shipping&paypal fees.

not sure exactly. Guy I bought them from never said. Clearly gen IV rods though, and I would use them if I didn't get a sweet deal on a set of compstars literally 15 minutes after I bought these. Going with the compstars as they allow me to use the pistons I wanted to use. My loss is someone's gain.
