Yes, it is an 8" race converter for TH350/TH400. They advertise stall speed as a range from 4400 -5300 depending upon application. See link for reference - http://static.summitracing.com/globa...0in.%20tci.pdf

Listed as any 30 Spline 4L60e from 1993 - 2009.
