This is an SLP Speedo calibration box. Came working out of a 98 Z28, may work for earlier years but not sure. This box was used to go from 3.42 to 4.10 gears, but it has internal dipswitches so you can set it to/from what ever gear ratios you're using.
If you want to change your gears and don't want to or cant do it in your tune, then this is for you! $60 shipped to the lower 48.
