I've got a freshly machined 5.3 LM7 available. Came out of a 2005 Silverado with 90K miles. Had it cleaned, checked, new cam bearings, crank turned, and a fresh hone in December (I have the receipt). Also had the rods and pistons checked. Crank and block have been bagged, oiled, and stored inside my house.
